About this Event
This hands-on professional development session explores how everyday recyclable materials — specifically food pouch lids and milk tops — can be transformed into powerful learning tools in early childhood settings. Participants will learn how these simple materials support fine motor development, math concepts, sorting and classification, sensory play, loose parts exploration, and creative problem-solving. Educators will examine safety practices, activity design, and ways to incorporate these materials into intentional, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
State approved for TWO hours of in-service.
$15 for non members. FREE for members of NEST Support Group.
