Small Groups, Big Talk (Polyamory/CNM)

What to Expect:

• A structured small group discussion event. Each group is given a guide, and around 12 random questions to facilitate discussion. Intended to take the guess-work out of talking about the hard stuff.
• To be welcomed at the door
• 15-30 minute presentation on what the event, group, and host is all about
• Roughly 2 hours of discussion with 4-7 other individuals with breaks included
• Freedom to come and go as you please, to pass, and to choose to observe only
• **Agenda**
• **3:30 - 4:00**: Volunteers arrive to help set up tables and chairs.
• **4:00-4:30**: Event doors open, mingle, find a table group.
• **4:30-4:45**: Brief slide presentation on the group, its host, and event details.
• **4:45-7:00**: Small Groups discussion begins
• 7:00 sharp: Event ends! Get connected, share anonymous feedback towards the next event.
• **7:00-7:30**: Help-Clean up and tear down by putting away tables and leaving the room however it was found. Say goodbyes, exchange contact info, provide feedback, donate, last chance to grab educational info.

When does it start:

• Volunteer Set-Up at 3:30, Mingling starts at 4pm, event begins with a brief presentation at 4:30 sharp.

• This event is hosted by a group that goes by "Sacramento Polyamory/CNM." Your in person host is Sarah. Event is posted to Facebook, Discord, Meetup, Eventbrite, Plura, and Fetlife

How much is this:

• Always free. You will be invited to donate, never expected to.
• Event cost is a $105 venue reservation fee
• Suggested Donation is $5/person - giving more covers free attendees and helps keeps this event going!
