Small Group Strengths Discovery Intensive

Welcome to the Strengths Discovery Intensive!

Join us for a day of self-discovery and growth at Foundry 66. This event is designed to help you uncover your unique strengths and talents, and learn how to leverage them for personal and professional success.

This workshop focuses on deep individual exploration of CliftonStrengths® results with personalized coaching, group exploration, and development planning. Because the group is limited in size, each participant receives significant focused attention and practical application to his or her unique situation.

Note: Completion of the CliftonStrengths® assessment (link below) is required prior to the workshop. Please complete the assessment and forward the results at least one week prior to the workshop.

You may purchase either the CliftonStrengths Top 5 or the CliftonStrengths 34. We will evaluate primarily on the Top 5; however, we recommend the entire 34 because additional insight into your strengths and how they work individually and with others can be extremely valuable.
