Come and experience a more intimate sound bath. A maximum of 12 guests, same sounds but adding in the power of cacao - but not as a hot drink 😉. Here you can enjoy an alcohol free tipple from Three Spirit. Same heart opening experience, but no heaviness and still able to drive home.
This will be a deeply calming, meditative experience where you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drumming, and gentle soundscapes.
This is a chance to simply “be” – to slow down, soften, and allow the sound waves to wash over you and support deep rest.

Soundbaths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, or if you experience ‘sound-induced epilepsy’ or have a ‘severe mental health condition’ that may be triggered by sound.
