About this Event
In this small group reiki healing, you'll be invited to lay down, unwind and deeply relax. We'll start with a grounding meditation to welcome you into the space, and then we'll get on with some delicious energy healing.
Reiki is not bound by distance or time, which means you'll each be receiving the wonderful healing energies simultaneously. You'll also have an opportunity to enjoy some one on one time too.
Group healings are a wonderful way to receive, in a way that is more financially accessible.
Groups will be limited to 5.
What you will need:
Although we have some, please feel free to bring blankets and cushions to make sure you're extra comfortable. You will be lying down and it's not unusual for your body temperature to drop once you start to relax, so make sure you're dressed appropriately. Don't forgot your comfy socks.
About the venue:
Our studio is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available.
About Your Guide:
Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Rituals and Ceremonies facilitator, space holder and Soul Doula.
