What To Expect:You’ll be encouraged to lie down and get cosy, before you are led through a short meditation practice. After which, we'll get on with some delicious energy healing.Reiki is not bound by distance or time, which means you'll each be receiving the wonderful healing energies simultaneously. You'll also have an opportunity to enjoy some one on one time too. From there, I’ll read you a short story on which to ponder, as you drift into a soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments.
Who is This For?
This session is for any Reiki lover, or any big kid who likes a bedtime story, and anyone who is in need of unwinding and relaxation. As the sounds of the crystal singing bowls help us replicate the brain waves associated with sleep, and deep relaxation, the vibrations help us to shift stuck and stagnant energies. Clearing imbalances, to restore and balance mind, body and soul.
Please note: The event is for those aged 16+ and is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl.pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.
What you Will Need:
You don’t need anything other than yourself. Blankets and cushions will be provided. However, feel free to bring some snuggly socks, and anything else that will help you stay extra warm and comfortable.
About the venue:
Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue. This workshop is floor based, please contact me if you have any mobility issues.
About Your Host:
Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Storyteller, Rituals and Ceremonies facilitator, space holder and Soul Doula. Deeply called to honour the ways in which life encourages and forces us to grow, Eva’s passionate about recognising and celebrating all the transitions and changes that life has to offer.
