Come join us for our Small Group Personal Training session at 946 Goss Ave (Flex Appeal Gym)! This event is perfect for those who enjoy a more personalized workout experience in a small group setting. Samantha will guide you through a challenging workout using weightlifting basic movements. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, this session is designed to help you push your limits. No weightlifting experience is required, guidance will be provided!

This class takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30. This first session is free to you -- if you chose to join us again, each session is $10.
