Using a variety of techniques to sustainably improve flexibility, range of motion, stiffness and relax hyper toned muscles- Join Zen Jen as she provides you with hands on, active resistance and assists to deepen your stretch sesh even further! This class is perfect for runners, athletes, golfers, body builders, yogis, office workers or anyone who is looking to add in a stretching practice to their weekly routine.
Wear comfortable, moveable clothing (think sweats, yoga or workout clothes). Bring a yoga or workout mat and a water bottle. Please stay hydrated before and after class.
Zen Jen is an experienced, trauma informed yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, life coach and wellness advocate. After struggling with severe depression and anxiety for several years, her wellness journey began through the discipline of martial arts- which led her to the healing arts of yoga, meditation and massage. She is currently studying Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, through the Yoga Veda Institute. Her passion for health and wellness is a dedicated lifelong pursuit. She is always eager to share her knowledge and experience with her students, clients and all those who desire a better quality of life.
