Small Business Vendors and Crafters Needed for Expo

If you're a small business owner or a talented crafter, we want YOU for our upcoming expo! This in-person event will be held at 2212 Mall Dr E. Showcase your unique products, connect with customers, and network with fellow entrepreneurs. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to promote your brand and make sales.

Perks for vendors include but NOT limited to;

· Customer raffles @expo. (Example of how business will be promoted at Expo; Announcement of (business name) raffle. The winner of the raffle will then have the product or service paid for by Directory Club. The winner picture will be taken in front of your business and promoted on all platforms. The raffle winners picture and business will also be included in the newsletters to all customers.

· Customer Basket Raffles with Vendor items and business cards. The winner's picture will be taken and all businesses in the basket will be tagged in picture and posted on all platforms. The basket raffle winner picture and business will also be included in the newsletters to all customers.

· Vendor will be advertised on all Directory Club social media for 6 months AFTER expo.

· Vendor will be added to Directory Club newsletter email and will be sent to all customers email monthly for 6 months AFTER expo.

· ALL VENDORS MUST BE WILLING TO SHARE EVENT ON their SOCIAL MEDIA. By all vendors and crafters sharing the event. This will help spread the event to increase shoppers.

· Website currently being built, and all vendors will be promoted on Directory-Club Website for 6 months AFTER expo.

· This small business expo is being advertised on multiple sites to gain customers. Facebook, Instagram, Eventbrite and more.

·10x10 Booths are $250 each; (option 1) of 1- 6ft table with 2 chairs OR (option 2) of 1-8ft table and 2 chairs. Extra tables are $15 each and extra chairs $5 each. Pay in full OR payment plan option on vendor approval. (Payment plan option is Non-refundable $75 deposit, $100 due by June 14, 2024. Remaining balance must be paid by August 21, 2024). All money is refundable minus $75 deposit if vendor cancels before July 15, 2024. No vendor cancelations will be accepted and refunded after July 15, 2024. If sell out, all vendors must stay set-up during the entire expo event.
