About this Event
CT State Northwestern Entrepreneurial Center presents the Small Business Seminar: Burnout Recovery Lab
With Christmas chaos peaking, orders flooding in, events piling up, and every minute in demand, you find yourself leading, delivering, and still trying to be present for your customers & your family, often running on empty! But mental health doesn't wait for January. Burnout won't pause for the holiday, so if your focus is slipping, your patience is wearing thin, or you're just surviving to the end of the day, this is your mid-season reset.
In this 3hr seminar, you'll identify your energy leaks, reclaim focus, set boundaries, reprioritize goals, and find some peace so you can end the year strong!
This seminar will be taught by Jackie Ross, an HR veteran with a behavioral and mental health background who combined her love of people & coaching to help others as a career and mental fitness coach.
