Join us for an insightful 45 min presentation from our directors, Jeff Shute, Paul Gidley and James Shaw on the Small Business Restructuring (SBR) where we will delve into some recent matters we have undertaken showcasing the successes of the restructuring journey.
Learn about the success stories, the challenges faced along the way, the hiccups and how we were able to successfully compromise debts up to 90%.
The SBR process allows a small business to propose a plan to its creditors, to compromise its debts, improve cashflow and return to solvency all whilst the directors remain in control of the business.
SBR has become the go to solution for many small businesses in financial difficulty and Shaw Gidley has been instrumental in successfully negotiating several plans.
