Jackson McDonald and the Curtin Law Alumni Society have teamed up to present a CPD on the new small business debt restructuring process available to eligible small businesses.
The session will be hosted by Jackson McDonald on 26 August 2021 and will provide valuable insights into the new regime which commenced on 1 January 2021. Join Dan Butler and Jessica Sheppard as they explore the practical aspects of the regime and the effects on various parties.
The presenters will be open to questions during the presentation and informally following the presentation.
Attendees will be eligible for 1 CPD point in CA4 (substantive law)*.
Registrations will open at 5:30 pm for a 6:00 pm start with drinks and nibbles following the presentation.
