About this Event

What benefits can you expect from this class?

Who am I?

-Ross Dempsey

-Masters in Exercise Physiology, Bachelors in Exercise and Health Studies, American college of sports medicine certified strength and conditioning specialist, Podcaster, powerlifter, runner, and health coach with over 6 years of 1-1 and group class experience.

Where?

-Alta Plaza basketball court Jackson St. &, Steiner St, San Francisco, CA 94115

-Once a week at 11 am on Wednesdays June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.

The cost?

-$25 for a drop-in session for the hour.

-$99 for the month for 5 hours of workout classes (25% discount or 1 class free)

The class size:

-A maximum of 6 people per class to ensure participants get the right balance between instruction and learning to move effectively on their own.

-The class will be set up with 3 stations, 2 participants per station so everyone can work together and go at their own intensity.


Clothing style:

-Bring comfy workout clothes (a t-shirt, tank top, tights, running shorts, and sneakers will work).

What to bring:

-A water bottle and yoga mat or any of your own favorite equipment if you wish.

What to expect:

-For your first session a lighter workout to begin and we will increase intensity at your own pace once you get up to speed.
