Join us for an intimate evening of bourbon, culinary craft, and conversation in our private dining room. This one-night-only event features a three-course dinner by Executive Chef Ryan Collins, each course thoughtfully paired with a distinctive Kentucky bourbon.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail crafted by our Aspen bartenders, followed by a communal dining experience at our large public table — designed to bring people together over food and shared stories.
We’re also thrilled to welcome a special guest bourbon expert, who will guide us through the pairings, offering insights into each expression’s origin, flavor profile, and what makes them truly exceptional.
