Weekly casual group run hosted by St. Louis Ultrarunners Group. All paces welcome, we usually break into groups, but take it upon yourself to be familiar with the trails. You do not have to be a paid SLUG member to run with us -- but we may convince you to join! Shaw: Gates open at 8 a.m. We'll meet at the Bascom Manor House parking lot at 8:15 a.m. There is a $5 charge for entrance, but several of us are members who get multiple free passes. We usually gather in the commuter lot across the street from the entrance before entering the park at 8 a.m.
