Slug "Run" to benefit the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

The Slug "Run" is a 0.5k event (less than 1000 steps) to benefit the kids and families of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. There will be music, face painting, give aways and lots of food and drink. You will start off the grueling race with donuts from Hy-Vee, then custard from Freddy's Frozen Custard. Keep walking for that piece of pizza from Old Chicago or Pizza Ranch and round it all off with a nice cool drink. The registration deadline is September 1, 2025 and the cost to enter is $25.00 plus applicable sales tax and fees.
