As we move towards the Spring Equinox, you’re invited to slow right down. Through a gentle, grounding yoga practice followed by a deeply relaxing soundbath with Mel, you’ll be held in a calm, supportive space where nothing is expected of you.
We’ll gently explore the yogic idea of Sankalpa, a heartfelt inner alignment. Yoga teaches that when we give ourselves permission to rest, soften and receive, something shifts. Life begins to meet us there.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more settled in yourself. Not fixed. Not rushed. Just with more space to breathe and less to carry.
