SlowFlow is a curated 90-minute wellness experience co-hosted by Soretha from Silent Music, Sophia from Nourish Naturally, and proudly presented in collaboration with Onse Huisie. This event is designed for women who want to move with intention and nourish with awareness. It’s where soulful presence meets real-life nutrition because wellness is about more than what you eat or how you move. It’s about how you feel doing it.
What’s Included:
Soulful Stroll (40 min)
Guided by wireless headphones, we begin with a meditative beach walk infused with gentle music and mindfulness prompts. This is movement with meaning — a sensory, soulful practice that reconnects you with your breath, body, and natural rhythm.
In case the weather doesn’t allow for a full beach walk, we have a beautiful indoor backup plan that still offers the same grounding experience of mindfulness and connection — just in a different setting.
Warm Breakfast + Wellness Circle (45 min)
After the walk, we gather at Ons Huisie Restaurant for a warm breakfast. In this relaxed setting, our nutritionist, Sophia, shares simple ways to support your body through everyday life. Each month, we explore gentle, realistic habits to nourish both body and mind — with topics like sustaining your energy, thinking clearly, and supporting hormonal balance through the seasons.

SlowFlow is for women who want to take a meaningful pause from the busyness of life. It’s a space for simple movement, gentle insights, and moments shared in good company — so you can step back into your day feeling calm, connected, and inspired.

We’re so excited to welcome you back to a gentle, mindful morning at the beach! If the weather holds, we go ahead as planned.
Please dress warm and comfortably with beach-walking shoes.
After the walk, we’ll head to Ons Huisie restaurant to enjoy a warm breakfast option (Klein Ons Huisie) and your choice of filter coffee or tea.
