Slow Yoga Flow, Crystal Sound Bowls, & Yoga Nidra for the Last Quarter Moon

Friday, November 22nd
6:30pm in our Hammonton Location (103 N Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton, NJ 08037).
This experience will include a 90 minute slow yoga flow and stretch with yoga nidra (an experience similar to guided meditation specifically designed to bring you to the same brainwaves as REM for deep restoration and rejuvenation) paired with crystal sound bowls.
No experience necessary!
