Join a gentle inward focused practice, learning and exploring Asana(posture), Pranayama(breath) and Dhyana(meditation). You will work on opening energetic and neural pathways to a state to rest and restore, safety and ease, the shift to an active PNS and Peace. Through guided progression of each posture companioned with the breath you will be attuning to the language of the body-sensation, learning to lead with the body and observing with the mind.
If you seek “hot sweaty cardio yoga”, this isn’t that. Prior to registering review your schedule and ability to commit to this 4 session series as NO make-up sessions or refunds will be offered. A signed liability waiver along with paid registration is appreciated prior to the first session. The cost for the 4 week session is $100. The classes are March 5, March 12, March 19 and March 26. Please arrive before 5:45 and class ends at 7pm.
Bring a yoga mat or 2 throw blankets. Optional tools if you have them: yoga blocks or bolster, you can use a folded blanket instead, strap and eye pillow.
