Champagne Panel: ( doors open at 5:45pm- this one hour panel will begin at 6:00pm - tickets are $95 per person (limited availability, includes walk around tasting).

Walk-around Tasting of Traditional Method Wines: 7:00pm to 8:00pm tickets are $45 per person.

Join us for an evening of conversation and tasting as we explore Champagne through the lens of Slow Food values. The night begins with a seated tasting and discussion on the distinctions between Merchant and Grower producers, their philosophies, production methods, and how each aligns with principles of sustainability and craftsmanship.

2. Waris-Larmandier 'Racines de Trois' Brut

3. Drappier Brut Nature

Light Slow Food snacks to be served

Following the conversation, enjoy an interactive tasting that expands on the evening’s theme with wines made in the Champagne method. Bottles will be available for pre-purchase, with pickup options at Jessamine & Vine or Stems & Skins.
