- **Energy Balancing ** Finish your session with an enrgy balancing shavasana. Our yoga teacher is certified in both Reki and Reflexology so each class she will determine the finishing modality ofr the class. You will be refreshed for your day!

Your insrtructor Pauline Estey is passionate about wellness, movement and connection. With over 200 hours of training, Pauline has been teaching yoga for 8 years to all age groups and levels of experience. She can easily adapt to the class's needs. Her extensive training will allow all experience levels to move together with ease.
