About this Event
In Slow Sundays x BREATHE, you'll be guided through two thoughtfully curated sessions. In this special offering, we will be slowing down even further, starting our morning with a gentle, mindful Hatha yoga asana practice, then flowing and sinking into meditative breath-work. Taught by two yoga teachers, this complementary practice can be exhilarating, softening, and restorative. Complimentary oat milk chai, mats, and props are provided.
Please note this is an introductory breathwork class. Conscious connected breathing can be restorative and restful; equally, if you choose to engage in a more activating practice, it may bring challenging emotions to the surface and offers an opportunity for these to be released.
Given the introductory nature of these sessions, they may not be suitable for everyone. If you are experiencing a particularly difficult time, have a history of trauma or other psychiatric conditions, you may benefit from a 1.1 approach where more tailored input is available.
