This class invites you to slow down and move with intention, weaving together steady postures, mindful transitions, breath awareness, and moments of stillness.
Expect a thoughtful pace with time to feel each shape, explore alignment, and build a calm, focused connection between body and mind. Class may include gentle strengthening, supported holds, and simple pranayama to help settle the nervous system and create space in the body and mind.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling steady, clear, and gently re-centered. No props are required or provided. Please bring a yoga mat and whatever support you need to feel comfortable.
