CraftNN for Wellbeing is a series of creative wellbeing programme supporting the community with specific focuses in relation to mental health and wellbeing.This course will focus on Slow Stitching and we will be creating a Thought Panels, which will take place over 6 sessions.
Sessions are led by a qualified counsellor and artists offering the space and time to explore and develop creativity with the aim to increasing wellbeing.
No previous skills in art are needed.
If you would like to access one of our creative wellbeing programmes you can be referred by a professional (GP, Work place, Social Prescribers etc) or make a self referral. To make a referral to us, you can do this via our website:

All our Creative Wellbeing programme are FREE to attend!
Please note that CraftNN for Wellbeing are 4-6 week programmes and we encourage participants to attend every session.

It is not a drop-in workshop- a referral is required to secure your place.
