Join experienced design & sewing tutor Jennifer Mills for a relaxed and fun morning of creativity.
Jennifer is proud to be part of the Target Devon team, supporting employees in her role as a Job Coach. Her experience includes womenswear design and pattern cutting, workshop facilitation in Arts on Precription, community sewing classes and demonstrating sewing techniques on live television.
With a passion for repurposing textiles into wearable, useable items and textile art Jennifer's love of upcycling lends itself to being creative with the wonderful array of fabrics to choose from in the Target Devon workshop.
Workshop content - You'll be using repurposed textiles to create a beach hut themed image using a variety of techniques, all of which Jennifer will guide you through.
Select from a wide variety of fabrics and embroidery threads to create your one of a kind piece, ready to be framed. We even have some frames available which can be used to complete your unique work of art.
