On Thursday the 11th of June from 18:00 onwards, we are very excited to be joined by Robin Sherriff from @slow.sauce who makes miso from Scottish ingredients! There will be some miso for tasting and he will also share a bit more about how they make their delicious ‘slow sauces’.
