The first Slow Pour sold out—and we’re doing it again. ✨ Slow Pour is your invitation to unwind after a long week and ease into the weekend on your own terms.

We’ll gather inside a warm, Black woman-owned wellness center, lit by candles and rooted in intention. The night begins with a slow yoga flow and a soothing sound bath to melt away stress and reset your nervous system. From there, the room transforms into an artsy lounge—music low, tea flowing, and a safe space to dance or sit in a hammock for a cozy conversation.
