The first two Slow Pour nights sold out—and we’re doing it again. ✨ Slow Pour is your invitation to unwind after a long week and ease into the weekend on your own terms.
We’ll gather inside a warm, Black woman-owned wellness center, lit by candles and rooted in intention. The night begins with a slow yoga flow and we'll end the night with a soothing sound bath to melt away stress and reset your nervous system.

Info: Crystal sound bowls, chimes, and gongs will set the tone. This sound bath is the star of the night—prepare to float.
