All paces are welcome - walk, run, crawl, however you want to move! You are welcome to do the full distance, or cut it how you need to. We will generally be on a 1.5mi-3mi total route and can adjust for the group's future needs. :)
We'll meet at the Amphitheater outside of the adventure center at 9:30am, get some "Hi's" and a little stretch in, then get moving! The goal is to start by 9:45.
If you have a furry running companion, feel free to bring them along, I just ask that they're people-friendly and stay leashed for the entirety of our time.
Bring water and whatever you need to help you move! Most of our routes will be a 0.5-0.75mi loop, so folks can opt-in/out to whatever distance they need, and we can all still end in the same place!
I will have the route marked prior to start time, so everyone knows where to go!
We'll hit Winston's Waffles at East Market after everyone is done on the path - feel free to join or head out to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

If you're using GPS to get to the location, type the name of the location into your app, don't use the Facebook address! The exact building is "Espy Adaptive Sports Complex".
I will not be in attendance at this session, so feel free to keep using the "main path" route we've used for the past couple of meets! You can also choose your own adventure, if you so please! I'll see you all later in February! 💚
