Lucia Rich brings us Slow Flow Yoga, which incorporates mindful sequencing that follows the ebb and flow of the changing seasons.
About this Event

This class blends several styles of yoga together into one complimentary practice-bringing together the benefits of passively holding poses (Yin Yoga) with more dynamic standing postures and sequences (Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga). The slower pace of this all-levels class calms anxiety while also bringing balance to the organs of the body by stimulating the meridians (energy channels). We will focus on the deep (Yin) connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility while also moving through more active (Yang) postures that work on building strength and stamina. Slow Flow Yoga incorporates mindful sequencing that follows the ebb and flow of the changing seasons, providing a balanced practice that can greatly impact energy levels.

These classes are free (suggested donation of $20, payable on site), but we ask you to RSVP for planning purposes.
