What to Expect:

No experience required.

🌿 Mindful Start: We will begin with a moment of mindfulness to set a positive intention for your practice as we use the breath to calm our nervous system to rest and digest.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga poses: We will explore basic yoga poses and movements designed to enhance flexibility and strength. I will provide modifications throughout the class. Please bring your own mat or a towel. We will learn a new pose each week.

🌬️ Breath Awareness: Discover the power of the breath as you practice calming and centring breathing exercises.

🧘‍♂️ Relaxation: We will end the session with a calming meditation.

Our 200 -hour Yoga Alliance-qualified yoga instructor, Chloé will provide guidance and modifications to ensure you enjoy a fulfilling yoga experience.
