Rise and Shine with Summit Wellness ☀️
Take a deep breath and start your week off right with a nurturing slow flow yoga class. Whether you're looking to unwind from a busy week, ease tension from your body, or reset your nervous system before the next week begins; this class is here for you.
We'll flow through a grounding sequence of slow, intentional movements guided by the breath. You can expect deep stretches, quiet pauses, and space to fully settle into your body.
This class is open to all levels. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored. You'll be guided with care and compassion every step of the way.
