💚 Slow Flow Yoga is all about slowing down and concentrating on your mind-body connection. In this practice, you will warm up your muscles gradually, hold poses for longer and have more time to adjust and breathe.

💚 This all-levels practice will help prepare your body for the Reiki Drumming portion where you will be lying down for approximately 30 minutes.
.
💚 "Reiki drumming combines life force energy (reiki) with sound waves from the medicine drum amplifying the healing experience. Reiki drumming facilitates deep relaxation and stress relief."

💚 Drumming Reiki is all about the medicine of the drum and the reiki powers combining to bring you back to your own inner wisdom and guidance.

💚 The vibration from the drum promotes healing and will help you feel grounded, present and connected.
💚 This class offers props and plenty of modifications to support your body. Students of all levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and socks to keep you cozy.

💚 Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in, and to let Eve know if you have any medical conditions or injuries so modifications or variations can be offered.

💚 Eve Carty (RYT 500) has completed 500 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She has completed her Reiki Master Level of the Usui System of Natural Healing, is a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and certified Reiki Drumming Practitioner. She also completed a Shamanic Healing program with The Medicine Circle in September 2022.
