Slow Flow Yoga

Start your Saturday morning with our beautiful Slow Flow yoga. Slow flow falls somewhere in-between Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga, the pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath, leaving room for contemplation, self-reflection and introspection. The class will finish with a short guided meditation and Savasana to allow you to surrender deeply. A perfect start to your weekend!
