Join us for an evening of restorative yoga. This relaxing, slower-paced class focuses on mindful movement designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. All skill levels are welcome. If you are new to yoga, this class is perfect for you!Yoga at the library is free and open to any adult. Space is limited and registration is required.
