Please join us for this 60 minute Slow Flow Yoga class that emphasizes foundational postures, clear alignment principles, and conscious breathing techniques. The slower pace allows time to explore each shape with care, making it an ideal practice for beginners, returning students, and anyone looking to refine their alignment or reconnect with the basics while still enjoying the fluidity of an intentional flow. The class is designed to support mindful movement, breath awareness, and a balanced connection between body and mind. With thoughtful sequencing, poses are linked to breath to build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness in a way that feels spacious, grounded, and accessible.Expect a supportive warm-up and accessible movement sequences, mindful transitions, breathwork, and moments of stillness and reflection. Clear cues and options for every body are offered throughout, empowering you to move with confidence and ease. You’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and more in tune with yourself—ready to carry that awareness beyond the mat and into your day.
This class is offered weekly on Monday mornings and is suitable for Level 1–2 practitioners.
