Join Hannah at Lewallen Farms for an evening of Slow Flow + Yin Yoga! Lewallen Farms is a beautiful venue located in Waleska with views all around. 400 acres of farm and preserved land. Come unwind and rest for the week with this beautiful view as your back drop.
We will begin the evening with a slow flow warming the body up and working on any aches and pains. We will end the evening with a yummy yin class with the focus of decompression and release!
