Our intention is to allow you to have a space that can aid you into releasing what isn't yours to hold while finding your way back to home (you).
By letting go and surrendering into relaxation, recharging our energy so we can step into our weeks with power and confidence.
What is provided during slow flow sundays:
-assorted fruits, water + herbal teas
-oracle and/or tarot card pulls for insight + support
-mindfulness journaling prompts for inner reflection + gratitude
-guided slow flow stretches to ease tension + deepen grounding/connnection
-sound therapy sessions to clear stagnant energy flow + bringing in balance/harmony
-heart opening meditation + intuitive reiki healing (optional)
Things to bring with you the day of event:
Yoga mat
Pillow
Blanket
Eye Mask
Journal
Water
Crystals or other mindfulness tools
Open mind and heart
