Learn some slow flow fusion bellydance elements in this 4 week course taught by Wanda Daniel of InFusion Dance.Each class will cover a few essential bellydance movements, and students will learn a short combo based on those movements. Students will be added to a private Facebook group with video of some sessions to practice at home.
This class is open to anyone interested in a low-impact physical activity that promotes body positivity and builds confidence. Students of all ages, genders, and physical abilities are welcome in this highly adaptable style of movement. No previous dance experience is required!
Class is held at 6:00 on Monday nights, starting January 20, 2025 at Discovery Dance School at 310 East Clark Street. Cost is $50 for the series or 15 drop in price available. Message InFusion Dance to hold your spot or for more information.
