Join Allison Wilkins Bakken, RYT 500 for a refreshing slow intentional yoga flow followed by deep relaxation and restoration. Yoga Nidra is considered the yoga of sleep; it’s a guided meditation practice designed to create a sense of wholeness and balance through a state of deep but conscious relaxation. Nidra uses a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation and offer healing in the body and mind. The practice is for all levels and no experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Students can drop in for $15 or use their class passes or memberships to attend.

If you register and cannot attend, please cancel within at least 60 minutes prior to the start of class to open a spot for others and to avoid loss of class pass or late cancel fee (for those on unlimited passes/memberships).
