Join us for Slow Flow to Restore Sunday Yoga at Emerge Modern Salon
November 23th 8:30-9:30am
This donation based class starts with the mindful, therapeutic movement of a Slow Flow to gently open the body and concludes with the deep release and tranquil stillness of Restorative poses, culminating in a longer, supported savasana (final resting pose) and a brief guided meditation.
This class is accessible to all levels, especially beginners or those seeking to slow down and de-stress.
The class will be taught by Rachael Kantaris
Rachael is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with focused training in restorative and yin yoga. She is passionate about sharing the profound benefits of a slow flow and Restorative practice. Her classes are designed to guide students inward using breath work and gentle movement towards a deeper sense of ease, relaxation, stress reduction and a gentle connection with the self.
