Step into a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and be truly seen.Each Slow Down Sunday begins with gentle yoga to release tension, followed by a guided meditation to center your mind. We’ll then move into journaling with thought-provoking prompts, and close with an open, heart-led discussion in community.
This is your time to:
- Release stress and ground yourself
- Explore your thoughts and emotions in a supportive circle
- Connect with like-minded women
- Nourish your body with light refreshments
Come in comfy clothes, bring your favorite journal (or use one provided), and let the evening be your reset button before the week ahead.
