About this Event
This 4-hour workshop is like taking a sacred pause. It allows us to get centered, reflect, gain clarity and make projections for the rest of the year from a place of enoughness and love for ourselves.
The intention of the workshop is to create space for participants to get in touch with their mind, body, heart, and soul. From that place you can plan in a mindful way for the year ahead.
The workshop is designed to give you the experience of retreat without having to leave the city/your home. A combination of guided meditations, breathing techniques, reflections, journaling prompts, planning exercises, and celebration will allow participants to feel recharged, and full of joy and clarity.
