Rebalance and restore with this slow but steady yoga practice to reset your mind and body. Fun playlist and great vibes! Open to all. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Blocks will be available at the venue on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive on time. Class will be led by Vanessa Lherisson @vmerieyoga experienced 200hr registered yoga teacher and community builder @blackgirlyoga.
