Slow Balboa taster class followed by Swing social dancing

Fancy giving Slow Balboa a try? Edinbop offers a taster class of this smooth and relaxed dance, which is a great option if the Swing music get slower than your usual Lindy Hop tempo. Danced in a more upright position and close to your partner -like dancing Balboa- you can play with musicality in elegance. The class will be taught by Sigga Gunnarsdóttir and Carsten Hermann.
Our class runs from 19:15 to 20:15 followed by Swing social dancing until 22:00, suitable for dancing Lindy, Blues, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, Slow Balboa and more.
The class (incl. social) costs £8/£6.40, the social on its own is £3/£2.40. Pay at the door by card or cash.
We will also have taster dance classes in Balboa, Blues and Collegiate Shag on 07, 14 and 21 August respectively - all followed by Swing social dancing!
