Experience the transformative power of slow looking in this unique programme. Be the first to listen to brand new episodes of the Slow Art Guide and learn to savour art in a deep and conscious manner.
The Slow Art Guide encourages participants to slow down and truly connect with art, allowing for a more personal and profound engagement with the visual world. During the session, participants will experience a 20-minute audio journey focusing on one artwork. Following the audio experience, everyone will come together to share their insights and emotions in a guided group reflection.
Each participant will receive a specially designed reflection booklet that complements the audio experience. The booklet offers engaging prompts for self-reflection and serves as a creative space to record your thoughts and emotions during the session. Writing materials will be provided.
This programme is for anyone interested in art, mindfulness or interested in exploring another format of art engagement. No prior knowledge of art is required. This is an interactive programme. Be prepared to listen, share and embrace new perspectives for a richer collective experience.
Due to the reflective component, this programme is suitable for ages 16 and above.
