Honor your body through a gentle and slow flow through pranayama and yoga asana to improve stability and flexibility while inducing relaxation and peace.
This class is perfect for beginners and truly is an ALL levels class. Helpful for folks recovering from injury/surgery and/or people with physical limitations, current injuries, or who seek a more gentle flow.
Ability to move from standing to floor is required (however slow you may be ♥ ) OR a chair may be provided.
