A SLO | YIN Signature Sound Bath
January invites us inward, a time to pause, reset and restore balance after the busyness of the festive season. Return to Stillness is an immersive sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, soften the body and settle the mind.
This immersive session blends gentle guided meditation with the layered vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and voice. Sound is used intentionally to support deep rest, encourage nervous system regulation and guide you into a state of calm awareness, somewhere between waking and dreaming.
Every detail is considered, from lighting and scent to comfort and flow, creating a space where you can fully let go and be held by the experience. This is not about setting goals or pushing forward, but about returning to balance, inviting more YIN into your life through stillness, presence and sound.
