About this Event
Piloted in 2021, "WELLderness: An Outdoor Wellness Series" was developed to bring members of the community together (in person and online) to engage in activities that would have a positive impact on their physical and mental health and well-being. Throughout the year, people have the opportunity to participate in FREE events that center around fostering better connections to self and the environment.
**Masks are no longer required. They remain optional for those who wish to wear one during a Friends event**

What you will be doing
Take it slo & lo in this grounding outdoor Yin Yoga session designed to help you stretch deep, breathe easy, and melt into the moment. We’ll hold gentle poses for longer periods, targeting the hips, spine, and connective tissues—inviting space, stillness, and release.
Set against the natural backdrop of the outdoors, this chill flow is all about slowing down, tuning in, and letting go. Whether you’re easing sore muscles or simply needing a mental reset, Slo & Lo offers a peaceful pause in your day.
All levels welcome. Bring a mat, a towel or blanket, and anything else you need to feel cozy and supported on the grass. We’ll meet you where you are—just show up and settle in.
